Regina Tuttle
Conversation Instructor

Regina was born in General Bravo, Nuevo León, Mexico, to a family of nine children. She says that her parents were Catholic and their family home was full of religious images and statues like most homes in Mexico, but they did not go to church every Sunday.

When she was in the last year of high school in Mexico, she was suffering from a bad case of tonsillitis. They were very poor and did not have the money to go see a doctor. But that year she had become acquainted with a missionary lady that not only gave medicine for her tonsillitis, but also gave her the plan of salvation! This November it will be 50 years since Regina gave her life to the Lord, and for 50 years she has seen God’s faithfulness!

His faithfulness has been demonstrated in so many ways: The Lord opened the door for her to attend Bible school. He gave her a wonderful, Christian husband and two children. They served in Mexico for about 20 years. (He went to be with the Lord in 2000). After five years of being by herself, continuing to serve the Lord, again He gave her a wonderful Christian man as her husband. His name is John. They live in Mission, TX, very close to King’s Way. Their desire is to use their lives to serve the Lord.

At King's Way Regina teaches conversation class to both first and second semester students. As a native speaker and experienced language teacher, she is able to effectively impart the Spanish language to her students.

Regina says, “I thank God for the privilege of teaching Spanish to a group of dedicated Christians seeking God’s plan for their lives. Every day when I’m teaching, I think about all the lives that God is going to be changing just because these committed people are yielding their lives to God and were able to see the needs of the lost.” As it says in the Word, “... the harvest is truly plenteous, but the laborers are few; pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth laborers into his harvest.” (Matthew 9:37,38)Home
