Glynis Kintsel
Assitant Director & Registrar

Glynis spent her youth and childhood in southern California and is one of seven siblings. Her parents, who were teachers, took the entire tribe on numerous road trips into Mexico and other places, including a yearlong jaunt through Mexico and Central America as far as the Panama Canal and beyond. It was on that trip that she received her call to the mission field because of the numerous up-close encounters with missionaries she experienced along the way. After graduating from high school she went on to study at Prairie Bible Institute, a school with a definite missions emphasis, and subsequently married Kenneth L. Kintsel Jr. who had a similar call to the Latin American people.

With her husband, she did missionary work in Ecuador, Panama, and Costa Rica, where they also took an advanced course at the Instituto de Lengua Espanola (Spanish language school). The Kintsels have also spent more recent years doing mission work in Mexico, including living in and working with an orphanage and leading many short-term missions trips all over the country. Glynis has had the privilege of visiting every one of Mexico’s 31 states.

Working with King’s Way is the fulfillment of Glynis’ dream to have part in the training of new missionaries on their way to their various assignments in Latin America and the U.S. She is the Assistant Director and Registrar at King’s Way.

Kenneth and Glynis are parents of six children and grandparents of seven grandchildren.Home
